Five Pounds Reward.  George-Town, Potowmack River, Frederick
County, August 20th, 1772. Run away from the subscriber, a
Negro man, named Tom, who calls himself Tom Simpson; he was
born in East-Jersey, about twenty-five years of age, . . .
He can read and write, speak Dutch, and likewise play on the
violin:
