London, Nov. 30. This being the birth-day of her Royal
Highness the Princess Dowager of Wales, when she enters the
53d year of her age, their Majesties received the
compliments of the nobility and foreign ministers on the
occasion, and at night there will be a grand ball at St.
James's. Entertainments the most magnificent will be given
this evening by the great officers of state, and all the
tradesmen of the Royal Family have a sum of money allowed
them to celebrate it as a high festival.
