Just published, and to be sold by Thomas Bradford, at his
book-store, in Market-Street, adjoining the coffee-house, a
new comedy.  Entitled, The School for Scandal.  This comedy
which is a political satire on the King of Great-Britain,
and his miserable junto, who have ruined England by their
endeavouring to enslave America, was published in London,
last January, where it was much admired, and had a great
run.--In this play is introduced George the Third, Lord
North, and Earl of Bute, Lord George Germain, Lord Sandwich,
&c. &c.  The scene is in the court, and the subject, the
present times.
Also, the following new plays, several of them wrote by the
famous Foote, 
The Maid of Bath, Devil on Two Sticks, comedies.
The Taylors; A Tragedy for Warm Weather.
The Nabob, The Cozeners, comedies.
Earl Percy, Battle of Hastings, tragedies. . . .
