Five pounds for the Negro, with reasonable charged on
delivering him at Philadelphia; and ten pounds for the
person, who took him away, if convicted of the crime. . . .
Ran away, about the 24th of June, 1774, from the subscriber
living in Philadelphia, a Negro man named Caesar, of a
middling black colour, about 22 years of age . . . is fond
of playing scraps of tunes on the fife, of which he has
several . . . [signed] Philip Wilson.
