[London]  March 23.  Yesterday about noon a number of
merchants and tradesmen of this city set from the Royal
Exchange in their carriages, in order to present an address
to his majesty, attended by the city marshall and
constables; before they got to Cheapside, the people shewed
them many marks of their resentment by hissing, groaning,
throwing dirt, &c a dump peal was run as they passed by Bow
Church. . . .
