The literary republick.  An institution designed to make men
fit and useful members of a commonwealth or limited monarchy
by administring means both theoretical and practical for the
obtaining of that end, may be heard of at George Reynold's
bookbinder in Second Street, near Arch-Street. . . . There
will also be orations disputations and musical exercises and
entertainments both vocal and instrumental, and a literary
club. . . .
