To the inhabitants of Pennsylvania. . . I assure my
opponents, I am not apprehensive that "Cataline" or his
conspirators" will rise from their graves, and burn the
city.  But the public have reason to believe there are some
among us, who, if it was in their power, wou'd make a bon
fire of our rights and liberties, and sing, dance and
carouse by the light of them. . . . [signed] Pennsylvanicus.
