Philadelphia, December 12, 1749.  This is to give notice:  
That on Thursday the second of January next; will be sold,
by publick vendue, at the plantation late of Peter Kooke,
deceased:  Two likely Negro men, and a woman:  also cows,
horses, cart, waggons, plow, harrow, hay, and rye in the
straw, a new copper still, with sundry utensils of
husbandry, and sundry sorts of houshold goods, also a large
organ, by William Clymer, Charles Edgar, administrators.
