Paris (France) Feb. 5.  The regiment of the guards
celebrated the 30th of last month, at Versailles, the birth
of the Dauphin.  There were dressed and masqueraded balls. 
The King, the Queen, and the royal family . . . expressed
their satisfaction upon that entertainment to the chief
officers.  The Queen danced the first country dance with one
of the guards.
