London . . . May 4. They write from Stutgard, that Mr.
Suss, heretofore privy counsellor and president of the
Chamber of Finances to the late Duke of Wirtemberg, was
hanged there the 4th of last month, on a gallows of iron. .
. He struggled so much, and made so violent and resistance,
that it was with great difficulty he was executed. He would
fain have spoke to the people when he was upon the ladder,
but he was hindered by the noise of drums.
