London. May 8. . . This morning the Crown was privately sent
for, from the Tower, to the House of Lords. . . . [11.5
lines] The artillery company, with the music playing, drums
beating, and colours flying, and preceded by Mr. Alderman
Wilkes on horseback. . . [1.5 lines]  with music playing. .
. [15.5 lines] The bells of St. Michael's, Cornhill, Bow
Church, St. Lawrence's, St. Bride's, and St. Dunstan's, were
ordered to ring on the joyful occasion.
