On Monday next, being the 25th inst. the New Theatre, on
Society-hill, will be opened with the Tragedy of 
Tamerlane. 
Tamerlane, Mr. Harman; Bajazet, Mr. Hallam; Monesses, Mr.
Douglass; Axalla, Mr. Reed; Omar, Mr. Tomlinson; Prince of
Tanais, Mr. Horne; Dervise, Mr. Morris; Haly,  Mr A. Hallam.
Arpasia, Mrs. Douglass; Selmia, Mrs. Harman.
An occasional prologue will be spoken by Mr. Hallam, and an
epilogue by Mrs. Douglass.  After the play, singing by Mr.
Love.
Farce.  The Virgin Unmask'd, or an Old Man Taught Wisdom.
Miss Lucy, Mrs. Harman.
To begin positively at 7 o'clock.
Tickets to be had of Mr. Dunlap, printer in Market-street. 
The days of playing will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays.
