Minorca, April 21.  The French troops, which landed the 18th
instant, took possession of Citadella, upon the English
garrison's retiring from thence.  The Marshall Duke
Richelieu and count Galissonide, accompanied by the
principal officers of the Army, received the compliments of
the Magistracy on their entrance into this city. . .  [10
lines, warnings]  Upon the Marshal's taking possession of
this city, Te Deum was sung in the great church. . .
