Run away on the 28th of November last, from the subscriber,
living near Dover, in Kent County, on Delaware, two Negroes,
a man and a woman; the man is a lusty yellow fellow, about
36 years old:  Had on when he went away, a homespun blue
coat and jacket, leather breeches, new shoes, a castor hat;
has with him a fiddle, on which he can play.  He is country
born, speaks good English, and is called Cap.  The woman is
about 40 years old. . . [7 lines, description, terms; four
