London. . . August 17 . . . Thursday the worshipful Company
of Stationers held their annual venison feast at their hall
near Ludgate. Their entertainment was closed with dishes of
British pickled herrings, which gave great satisfaction. On
the occasion Mr. Leveridge sung a Song in Praise of the
British Fishery, to a most jovial chorus of, A fishing we
will go, &c. accompanied with instruments.
