plantation in the Northern liberties of this city. . . [12
lines, listing several pieces of real estate.] Any person
inclining to purchase or rent any of the above places, by
applying to Andrew Farrell, tanner, in Chestnut street, may
know the terms.
  N.B.  To be sold by said Farrell, a very good organ,
suitable for a church or gentleman's house; also an English
chaise, and horse to draw it.
