Philadelphia, July 9. 1747. Whereas some evil minded
persons, did on the first of this instant, with brick-bats,
break a great number of panes of glass in the house of
Andrew Farrell, of this city, tanner, which is the third
time he has suffer'd that way . . . [21 lines, plans to sell
his property and leave the town; list of 3 properties,
chaise, waggon, carts, new house on Cedar-street, another
lot.] A handsome organ, suitable for a small church, or
gentleman's house, with many other things too tedious to
mention here. The whole to be disposed of on reasonable
terms, by [signed] Andrew Farrell.
N.B. Said Farrell has a large stock of leather, and wool
of different sorts to dispose of.
