Williamsburg, Feb. 5.  Last Friday, the fatal and ever
memorable day of the martyrdom of King Charles the First, a
most extraordinary misfortune befel this place, by the
destruction of our fine capitol. . .  [9 lines]  The cupola
was soon burnt, the two bells that were in it were melted,
and, together with the clock, fell down, and were destroyed.
