Philadelphia, January 20, 1746-7.  This is to give notice to
all gentlemen, who desire to learn the noble art and science
of defence, and pursuit of the small sword; and likewise to
all young gentlemen and ladies who are minded to acquire the
accomplishment of dancing; that they may be taught the same
either publickly or privately, by their humble servant,
[signed] Thomas Skillirn.
  N.B. He is to be spoke with at the house of Mr. Richard
Swan, in Market-street.
