To be sold, a very good large and commodious stone house,
situate in Germantown, with a good kitchen, and a frame
stable, with ten acres of land, and a young orchard on it;
'tis very commodious for a tavern-keeper, it being called
the sign of King Tamony, and in possession of William
Dewees.  Any one inclining to purchase the same, may apply
to Jacob Vonderwite, carpenter, living in Germantown
aforesaid.
