We learn by a master of a ship that came on Change
yesterday, who was at Aberdeen on Saturday last, that his
Royal Highness the Duke of Cumberland was then there with an
army of ten thousand men, . . . [3 lines] on which occasion
the bells were rung, the houses were illuminated. . .
