London. . . May 18. Early yesterday morning General Folliot
draughted from the three Regiments of Guards on the Parade
in St. James's Park, 3 colonels, 8 captains, 8 ensigns, 4
surgeons, 16 serjeants, 16 corporals, 8 drums, and 540
private men; who immediately march'd under the command of
Lieutenant-Colonel Pitt, to take water, viz. those of the
first Regiment at Whitehall, those of the 2d at Savoy, and
those of the 3d at the Tower, in order to embark on board
the tenders at Gravesend for Ostend.
