Liege, March 10. Yesterday his Serene Highness, our Bishop
and Prince, made a grand promotion of officers of every
kind, to the great joy of this city. . .  [4 lines]  The
25th instant is fix'd for his Serene Highness's
inauguration; and all who are to assist thereat, have
instructions to be ready by seven in the morning, that the
ceremony may be performed with the utmost decorum; which is
to be concluded by a Te Deum sung by all the members of the
chapter, . . .
