London, June 25.  [Upon receipt of the news of the victory
over the French at Hanau,]  the evening concluded with
ringing of bells, bonfires, and all possible demonstrations
of joy. . .

. . . P.S. Just now I hear, that we have lost Honeywood too,
and Piers.  We have taken a Royal standard:  What number of
other colours, drums, &c. I cannot yet inform you. . .
