Williamsburg, Jan. 22.  Wednesday last being the birth day
of his Royal Highness Frederick Prince of Wales, the flag
was hoisted on the Capitol early in the morning. . . [3
lines, the Governor gave handsome entertainment] and a ball,
to the gentlemen and ladies.  It being also the birth day of
William Gooch, Jun Esq; there was double joy, and abundance
of good company.
