St. James's, October 23.  The officers of arms, with the
serjeants at arms, and trumpeters, mounted their horses in
the stable-yard, St. James's, and proceeded thence to the
palace gate. . . [10 lines, procession for declaration of
war against Spain:] Clerk of the High Bailiff of
Westminster.  High Bailiff of Westminster, and on his right
hand the Deputy Steward, Knight Marshal's men. Knight
Marshal.  Drums. Drum major. Trumpets. Serjeant trumpeter in
his collar, bearing his mace. . .
