London, Sept. 20.  They write from Dublin, that their graces
the Duke and Dutchess of Devonshire, and the Lady Carolina,
landed safely at Ring's End on Wednesday morning the 7th
instant, on which occasion the flags were display'd, the
streets were lin'd by the army, they were met by several of
