Manheim, Sept. 21.  The letters of yesterday from Vienna,
speak only of the expectation they are in there of the Count
de Nesselroth, and confirm what has been already said on the
subject of Count Conigseg, . . . [16 lines]  The three
Princes William, George and Maximilian of Hesse Cassel, came
here the night before last, and there's no doubt they will
be entertained with feasts and balls. . .
