London, August 15. . . His Serene Highness the Prince of
Orange having accompany'd the Prince of Wirtembert to Mentz,
to take a view of the fortifications, and the condition of
defence that city was in, lay there the night the French
decamp'd. His highness continued there likewise the next
day, and was entertain'd at dinner by the Baron de [? ]ltz,
Canon of the Metropolitan Church, and in the evening was
present at a ball which the Duke of Beveren gave the ladies
of the city.
