Luxemburgh, Sept. 19.  Our apprehensions of a bombardment or
blockade increase more and more . . . [11 lines, a
conspiracy recently discovered:]  A spy having given a
packet of letters to a woman of Holerich, to deliver to a
dancing-master and inn-keeper, named Le Blanc, the woman,
instead of delivering it to him, sent it by a person to the
commanding officer here, telling him that a Frenchman waited
without for an answer:  The said officer caused it to be
handed to the Governor, Count de Nieperg, who immediately
gave orders for seizing the said Le Blanc, his wife and
song, which being done, the spy was also taken. . .
