Bristol [England], April 4.  Last Thursday night, an express
arrived from London to our merchants to acquaint them with
the agreeable news, that the tobacco bill was postponed to
the 12th of June next.
   This advice has so universally pleased the inhabitants,
that the bells of the steeples began to sound their notes by
two a clock Friday morning, and continued all the day, and
evening, and are still repeating the same. . .
