Monday last, being St. David's Day, as well as the birth day
of her Majesty Queen Caroline, the Society of Ancient
Britons met at the Indian King in Market-street, and from
thence proceeded to church. . . [6 lines, service, dinner,
ship launching, healths]  In the evening there was a
voluntary subscription of a considerable sum for the use of
the church; and the day concluded with musick, mirth and
friendship. . .
