Genoa, July 31.  The camp of the rebels of Corsica consists
at present of 20,000 men. . . [24 lines.  They] have melted
down the bells of [St. Florent, Calvi, Corso and St.
Boniface], and cast them into cannon, and have thrown up a
retrenchment with redoubts along the coast, . . .
