London, Octob. 11.  Last Monday there was a regimental Court
Martial held at the Horse Guards, Whitehall, . . . [5 lines]
a hatman belonging to the Third Regiment, for speaking
opprobrious words against his present Majesty, of which he
was found guilty, and ordered to be whipt, and afterwards
drum'd out of the Regiment with a halter about his neck.
