Was stolen out of the house of the subscriber, tavern keeper
on Frankford Road, in the Northern Liberties, on the 4th
inst. (Sept.) forty-one pounds five shillings in paper
money, two silver watches, and a new beaver hat.  The
thieves are John Halfpenny, a deserter from the barracks,
belonging to Capt. Syme's company of the Virginia Tenth
regiment, 
. . . born in England, and can beat on the drum;
. . . [6 lines follow on other thief and reward terms]
[Reward] Eight [Dollars] each.
