The officers of the Second Virginia regiment will give the
following bounty, exclusive of what is allowed by Congress,
to any person who can come well recommended, and capable of
acting as Drum Major to the regiment, Twenty Pounds; and to
Fifers Ten Pounds each.  Those who are inclined to enter on
the above terms will apply to the printer, who will inform
them where to attend.  It is supposed that no person engaged
in the regular or sea service will dare to offer.
