Deserted, supposed to be sculking about town in some corner,
from the Pennsylvania Third regiment, commanded by Col.
Joseph Wood, the following persons, viz.
Thoms Williams, born in London, lived the most part of his
time at Conogig, beats the drum a little, fair complexion,
twenty-three years of age, five feet six inches high,
slender make, brown hair, grey eyes.
