To be let or sold, by John Macpherson, that very healthy,
and very elegant seat (emphatically called) Mount Pleasant.
. . . To be sold on the place, a very fine chamber organ,
which is loud enough for a church, when all the stops are
out, was made by the celebrated Hornbuckle of London, cost
one hundred and twenty pounds sterling, and will be sold for
three hundred pounds currency;. . .
