They write from Stuttgard that Mr. Suss, heretofore Privy
councellor and President of the Chamber of Finances to the
late Duke of Wirtemberg, was hang'd there the 4th of 1st
month. . . [13 lines, details]  He struggled so much and
made so violent a resistance, that it was with great
difficulty he was executed.  He would fain have spoke to the
people when he was upon the ladder, but he was hindered by
the noise of drums.
