London. . . Jan 19. . . The Court of St. James's yesterday,
it being celebrated as her Majesty's birth-day, was very
full and brilliant.  All the foreign ministers were present;
and the nobility in general appeared in dresses of the
manufactory of this kingdom. . . 
   Their majesties dined at St. James's, and about nine
o'clock entered the ball-room.  The ball was opened by the
Duke of Devonshire and the Dutchess of Marlborough. . .
