A New Comic Opera, by the author of Love in a Village.
By Authority.  By the American Company, at the Theatre in
Southwark, on Monday next, being the 14th of December, will
be presented A New Comic Opera, never performed there,
called 
The School for Fathers; or, Lionel and Clarissa.
Col. Oldboy by Mr. Goodman,  Lionel by Mr. Woolls,  Sir John
Flowerdale by Mr. Douglass,  Mr. Jessamy by Mr. Wall, 
Harman by Mr. Henry,  Jenkins by Mr. Parker,  Clarissa by
Miss Storer,  Lady Mary Oldboy by Mrs. Harman,  Jenny by
Mrs. Henry,  Diana Oldboy by Miss Hallam.
The Orchestra to be conducted by Mr. Hallam.
To which will be added, 
High Life Below Stairs.
Lovel by Mr. Hallam,  Freeman by Mr. Parker,  Lord Duke by
Mr. Wall,  Sir Harry by Mr. Henry Philip by Mr. Morris, 
Coachman by Mr. Woolls,  Kingston by Mr. Byerley,  Lady Bab
(with a Song) by Miss Storer,  Lady Charlotte by Miss
Richardson,  Cook by Mrs. Harman,  Chloe by Mr. Roberts, 
Kitty by Mrs. Henry.
With a Mock Minuet by Mr and Mrs. Henry.
The doors to be opened at Four, and the Play to begin
exactly at six o'clock.  No person, on any account
whatsoever, can possibly be admitted behind the scenes. 
Places in the Boxes may be taken at the Theatre.
Ladies and gentlemen will please to send their servants at
four o'clock.
Tickets, without which no person can be admitted, are sold
at the bar of the Coffee-House. Boxes, 7s.6d. Pit, 5s.
Gallery, 3s.
