Petersburg, August 31.  The court has published this day a
detail of the glorious victory gained by Count Romanzow on
the 1st of this month over the Grand Viser [of the Turks]. .
. [5 lines]  The booty taken on the field of battle, and at
Ismail, consist of 35 pair of colours, 2 horse-tails, 2
standards, 4 pair of kettle-drums, 203 pieces of heavy
cannon . . .
