| Citation | PC.768.079 6-13 Jun 1768:1582 (74) Extract of a letter from Lancaster, dated the 9th instant. Last Sunday morning seven companies of the 18th or Royal Irish, commanded by Lieut. Col. Wilkins, arrived in this town, when they made a very splendid appearance. On Tuesday evening the officers gave a ball to the ladies, which was conducted with the utmost decorum.--And the next morning, they marched off for Fort Pitt. |
