By authority. For the benefit of Mr. Wall. By the American
Company. At the New Theatre in Southwark, this present
Monday, being the 1st of June, will be presented, a tragedy,
written by the celebrated Doctor Young, called
The Revenge.
To which will be added, a burlesque farce called
The Tragedy of Tragedies,
a most tragical tragedy that ever was tragedized by a
company of tragedians, or, The Life and Death of Tom Thumb
the Great.
*** Mr. Wall having been so unfortunate as to lose his
chest, which contained almost all his apparel, with near a
thousand ticketts, has been obliged to have an entire new
set printed, on which are engraved the emblems of masonry;
he therefore takes this opportunity to inform the public,
that none but such as have those marks upon them will be
admitted.
  To begin exactly at seven o'clock.
