[Within a theoretical exchange about the dismissal of Mr.
Morris] . . . that the true and only reason for removing Mr.
Morris, nay what (he says) made it absolutely necessary, was
an opinion he gave in a matter that came judicially before
him, and that the reasons assigned of his neglecting the
going of the Circuits, untimely meeting of the courts,
expences of the counties, terror of a sheriff, partiality
against the Church, flagrant trespass, judging in his own
cause, brow-beating the Attorney-General, mistaking sunset
for sun-rise, ludicrously dismissing the attendance with a
(merry) tune upon the fiddle, and others of the same sort, .
. .
