Publick Citation.  We the President and members of a court-
martial of the Hessian Regiment of Landgrave, by virtue of
appointment for that purpose, do hereby make known and
declare, that, whereas, Ensign de Micklaskewiecz, deserted
from the said regiment to the enemy, thereby committing the
crime of high treason. . . [13 more lines] The said Ensign
de Micklaskewiecz, is therefore hereby cited, and summoned,
by publick beat of drum, according to the custom of war, to
appear in person before the court martial appointed for that
purpose, and to justify himself, as may be required. . . [8
more lines. Signed] Given at New-York, this 5th day of
