London, Oct. 17. Last Thursday evening Mr. Trevanion, and
some gentlemen supporters of the Bill of Rights, came to
Dover.  The were met some distance from the town by several
hundred independent freemen, and a prodigious concourse of
people, with drums beating, fifes playing, and colours
