By permission of his Excellency the Governor. (The last
night.) For the benefit of Mr. Parker, and Mr. Byerley, by
the American Company, at the Theatre, in John-Street, on
Thursday evening, the 15th of June, will be presented, a
comedy, (not acted these sixteen years) call'd, 
The Drummer: or, The Haunted House.
After the play, Mr. Byerley will pronounce an ode, written
to Dryden, call'd, Alexander's Feast, or, The Power of
Musick.
To which will be added, (not performed this season) a
musical entertainment, call'd, 
Damon and Phillida. 
Tickets to be had at H. Gaine's, at the Bible and Crown, in
Hanover-Square; and of Mr. Byerley, at Mr. Scott's, at the
Oswego Market.  The ladies and gentlemen may be assured that
the house will be opened at top, and every other precaution
taken to render it as cool as possible.
