By permission of his Excellency the Governor.  By the
American Company, at the Theatre in John-Street, on
Wednesday evening, the 15th of March, will be presented, a
comedy, call'd, 
The Wonder, A Woman keeps a Secret!
To which will be added, 
Harlequin Collector.
With a new deception, and a new song, by Miss Hallam, and
Mr. Woolls, call'd 
The Wedding.
On Friray, [=Friday] the 17th, by particular desire of the
Grand Knot, of the Friendly Brothers of St. Patrick, a
comedy, call'd, 
Every Man In His Humour.
To which will be added, 
The Brave Irishman.  The Charter Song, by Mr. Woolls.
On Monday the 27th inst. by command of his Excellency the
Governor, for the entertainment of the Right Worshipful the
Grand Master, the masters, wardens, and brethren of the
Ancient and Honourable Society of Free and Accepted Masons; 
The Tender Husband, or The Accomplish'd Fools.
With a prologue and epilogue, and several songs, proper for
the occasion.  To which will be added, a pantomime
entertainment.  The company of all the Brethren in town, is
earnestly requested, to meet at Burns's at five o`clock on
the day of performance, and walk from thence in procession,
to the Theatre, where the pit will be reserved for their
accommodation. ***The above play was by an inattention of
Mr. Douglass's, advertised in Holt's journal for Monday the
20th: He did not recollect that it was Passion Week.  Boxes
