desire.) By the American Company, at the Theatre, in John-
street, to-morrow, being Tuesday the 28th instant, will be
presented, a tragedy, call'd 
The Distrest Mother. 
Orestes, by Mr. Hallam,  Pyrrhus, by Mr. Douglass,  Pylades,
by Mr. Morris,  Phoenix, by Mr. Woolls,  Andromache, by Mrs.
Douglass,  Cephisa, by Mrs. Harman,  Cleone, by Miss Hallam, 
Hermione, by Miss Cheer. 
After the play, The Soldier tir'd of War's Alarms, from the
opera of Artaxerxes, will be sung by Miss Hallam.
To which will be added, a pastoral farce, call'd, 
Damon and Phillida, 
Damon, by Mr. Woolls.  Mopsus, by Mr. Hallam,  Cymon, by
Mrs. Harman,  Areas, by Mr. Douglass,  Corydon, by Mr.
Morris,  Phillida, by Miss Wainwright.
To begin at half an hour after seven.  Vivant Rex & Regina. 
Tickets to be had of Mr. Gaine, and of Mr. Hays, at the
Theatre.  Places in the boxes may be taken at Mr.
Douglass's, opposite to the theatre. Boxes 8s. Pit 5s.
